The famous annual Filene’s Basement’s Running of the Brides is taking place on Friday, February 22, 2008 at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, Ma.

ChattyBrides.com is sponsoring a Gown Give-Away at the "Running of the Brides at Filene’s Basement"! (give-away value up to $699) Enter to win yourself the perfect gown or tell your friends to help them win!!

How it works:
Thousands of dresses to choose from, one winner, one perfect gown! On the morning of the Running of the Brides at Filene’s Basement the winning bride will have a film crew documenting her search for the perfect gown, as part of a ChattyBrides exclusive film to be published on ChattyBrides.com and for use by Filene’s Basement’s Running of the Brides.

To enter to win the Gown Give-Away: please submit your name & contact information to Chattybrides@chattybrides.com by February 16th, 2008 at midnight, along with your top five reasons why you deserve a free gown! (make us cry, make us laugh, make us give you a free dress!)

The Top 5 entries will be pulled and blogged on ChattyBrides.com the morning of February 18th, 2008. At this point it's up to you ladies to get the votes in! As votes will be taken through February 20th and the bride receiving the most votes for her entry will be our GOWN WINNER!

The winning name will be announced February 21st on ChattyBrides.com at noon. The winning bride will be contacted to make arrangements for Fridays big shopping day. If for any reason the winning bride cannot be available for the February 22 Filene’s Basement’s Running of the Brides sale an alternate 2nd place name will be drawn as a standby and will take the winners place.
